Delivery & Returns

Shipping

As soon as an order has completed we prepare to ship the same day if the order is received by 3pm CST (Monday - Friday) via USPS or FEDEX - depending on what service you have selected. All other orders will ship the next day. Complimentary Standard Shipping takes about 2 to 7 days for package delivery. Due to COVID-19, orders could experience shipping delays.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must adhere to the following:

Must be unworn
Must have no signs of wear or damage (including packaging)
Must be in its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
Must be in it’s original packaging (box and pouch included)
Proof of purchase

Should the returned item(s) not meet the above return guidelines, VOS has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@discovervos.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Back-Orders & Pre-Orders

Back orders indicate that you can still purchase a select item that’s currently unavailable, but your order will be added in queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available. You can expect back-ordered and pre-ordered items to arrive around the indicated delivery date, but please note that the expected delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Please note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed, so that we can immediately ship your purchase as soon as we receive it.
